Petitioner renews her prayer for bail. She submits allegation at its height relate to kidnapping the minor victim which is bailable offence.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the minor victim. Minor victim was kidnapped & trafficked for the purpose of sexual exploitation. In view of the aforesaid materials disclosing a more sinister offence, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
