at the instance of the respondents for correction of a typographical mistake having crept into the Judgement dated 04.02.2026 at the appearance of the parties.

It is stated by the learned advocate for the State that the Municipal Corporation was not a party to the present proceeding and instead of "Municipal Corporation", the same should be "State of West Bengal".

This mistake is apparent from the records.

Accordingly, "the State of West Bengal" should be read in place and stead of "Municipal Corporation" at the appearance of parties in the Judgement dated 04.02.2026.

The Judgement stands modified accordingly.
