Petitioner complains that he is being resisted from cultivating the land and his crops have also been destroyed by the private respondents.
On the other hand learned advocate for the respondent no.5 submits that there is no resistance on behalf of the respondent no.5 if the cultivation is continued by the petitioner.
State has submitted a report. State has already drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS. In view of the submissions made by the respondent no.5, if there are no further impediments, I am of the view that the police authorities would ensure that no resistance is created to the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observations WPA 21389 of 2025 is disposed of.
Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.
All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
