1. The appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution by order dated 5th February, 2025. In the said order it was observed that by the order dated 30th September, 2024, a direction was issued to rectify the defects pointed out by the Additional Stamp Reporter by endorsement dated 30th August, 2024.

2. As per office report dated 20th January, 2025, defects were not rectified and/or removed. Since the learned advocate for the appellants had removed the defects on 27th January, 2025 and a revised report has been submitted on 14th February, 2025, paragraph 3 of the order dated 5th February, 2025 shall stand deleted. Remaining portion of the order shall remain as such. This order shall form part of the order dated 5th February, 2025.

3. Consequently, the appellants filed two applications being CAN/1/2024 and CAN/2/2024, which also stand dismissed accordingly.
