The present challenge has been preferred against an order of the concerned GRO, that is, Grievance Redresal Officer.

However, since an equally efficacious alternative remedy is available to the petitioner in the form of a challenge before the Ombudsman against the order of the GRO, I choose to exert self-imposed restriction by not entertaining the matter for adjudication under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Accordingly, WPA 21457 of 2022 is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Ombudsman against the impugned order of the Grievance Redressal

Officer, in accordance with law and subject to the law of limitation.

If so approached, the Ombudsman shall decide the same without being influenced in any manner by any of the observations made herein.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
