Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the police filed charge sheet. Therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required. Referring to 3rd and 4th petitioners, he submits that, since they are ladies, their role should be considered.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that two persons suffered injuries. There are fracture injury suffered by the victim. One finger of the left arm of one of the victims was amputated. All the petitioners are involved in the incident.

There are materials in the case diary implicating all the petitioners in the incident. The victim suffered grievous hurt. One finger of one of the victims was amputated. There is a fracture injury on one of the victims.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein and considering the materials in the case dairy implicating the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to any of the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 4499 of 2022 is dismissed.
