Earlier another writ petition was filed before this Court by some of the members of the society in question and order has already been passed by this Court for holding election. Now the petitioner has filed this writ petition for the self-same cause of action of non-holding of election and for the same relief by way of indulgence in the multiplicity of the proceedings.

When the Court on an earlier occasion has already passed the order for holding election of the society in question and if it is not being complied with in that event filing another writ petition is not the appropriate remedy for implementation of the earlier order of this Court. I find no merit in this writ petition.

Accordingly this writ petition being WPA 21464 of 2022 is dismissed.
