State has already been continuing with the investigation of Liluah PS Case No. 409/23 dated 21.09.2023.

Efforts are being made by the Investigating Officer of the case but having regard to the pace in which the investigation is progressing, I am of the view that a specialized agency is required for investigating into offence concerned.

Accordingly the investigation of the case being Liluah PS Case No. 409/23 is transferred to Cyber Crime Police Station, Howrah Police Commissionerate who would put in efforts for taking the investigation of the case to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 21727 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
