1. Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had taken out an application earlier for relaxation of conditions of bail. Since another criminal case was registered against the petitioner, his prayer was turned down. Presently, investigation in both the cases is complete and under altered circumstances petitioner has renewed his prayer for relaxation. It is further contended he has complied with the conditions of bail.

3. As investigation in both the cases is complete and petitioner having complied with the conditions of bail, we modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner i.e. to meet the investigating officer once in a fortnight. Petitioner shall appear before the Officer-in-charge of the police station concerned as and when necessary.

4. Other conditions of bail shall continue.
