There is a direction passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata Bench on 16.10.2023 in O.A. No. 1383 of 2023 which is the subject matter of the present writ proceedings. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the order is not being complied by the respondent authorities.

In view of the nature of grievance raised by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner in the proceedings today, we find that resort to a writ proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is misconceived. If the petitioner is seeking compliance of the direction passed in the O.A., he has to avail remedy under the appropriate jurisdiction in this regard.

With such liberty, the Writ Petition being W.P.C.T. No. 254 of 2024 is dismissed.
