Petitioner has submitted a representation with the Officer-in-Charge, Mathurapur Police Station on or about 19.08.2025. Records reflect that an order was passed by this Court on 29.07.2025 in WPA 15692 of 2025 wherein it was categorically stated by this Court that if any crisis of law and order arises, police authorities would ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident resulting from the inimical relationship existing between the parties. The same directions are reiterated upon the Mathurapur Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 21438 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
