The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner i.e. Ashok Kumar Raidani has expired on 18.07.2021 supported by a copy of the death certificate. Let the said photocopy of the death certificate be kept on record. Under the facts and circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as trial court for information.
