Petitioner complains that in spite of directions upon the police authorities by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Basirhat in TS No. 247 of 2024 the private respondents have been violating the order.

Learned advocate for the State submits that after receipt of the representation Hasnabad PS Case No. 506 dated 10.09.2025 have been registered for investigation.

Learned advocate for the respondent denies that any order has been passed against the respondent nos. 14 & 15 by the Civil Court and they are not bound and covered by the civil court's order.

Police authorities have already registered a criminal case, police authorities would ensure that there is no violation of law and order.

Police authorities are further directed to take the investigation of the case to its logical conclusion. Petitioner would in such circumstances if he is still aggrieved for breach of any order of the civil court, he would approach the civil court for necessary remedies.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 21303 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
