We find that the writ petition has been filed without there being any cause of action or without any direction being issued in the contempt proceedings, which may be assailed in a writ proceeding.

Considering the above circumstance, we dispose of the writ petition.

We reserve the liberty of the authorities to approach the court as and when required.
