Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

Petitioner alleges that the private respondents have encroached the land of the petitioner and started construction of pillars. To that effect, information was furnished to the police authorities but the police authorities have refused to take any steps.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos.3 to 5 submits that the nature of the dispute complained of is a civil dispute and the petitioner is bent upon to involve the police authorities to establish his dominance.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that a proceeding has been drawn under Section 126/135(3) of the BNSS.

In view of the police authorities having knowledge regarding the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure that no breach of the peace and tranquility takes place.

If the petitioner is faced with inconveniences, petitioner will file a fresh representation before the police authorities who would address the same in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21160 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
