The writ petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents are obstructing free ingress and egress over their land.

Admittedly, partition suits are now pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur.

The parties may agitate their grievances before the Civil Court in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the State submits that proceedings under Section 107 of the CrPC have been taken out.

Karandighi Police shall maintain strict vigil in the area and ensure that there is no breach of peace. Karandighi Police shall also strictly comply with any order that may be passed by the Civil Court upon them. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
