This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The Order No.96 dated July 19, 2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court no.1, Calcutta in Matrimonial Suit No. 110 of 2013 is under challenge.

The learned Trial Judge by the order impugned has refused the prayer of the petitioner to adduce further evidence as the suit has reached to the stage of argument.

In view of such stage of the suit, the order impugned does not call for any interference.

C.O. 3113 of 2024 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
