1. Read order dated September 30, 2024, whereby we had granted interim bail to the petitioner.

2. Today a certificate of marriage dated November 10, 2024, is produced before us. The certificate shows that the petitioner and the victim girl, who is a major now, have got married.

3. Let a copy of the certificate be retained with the records.

4. We are further told that the petitioner is fully cooperating with the Investigating Officer.

5. In view of the aforesaid, we are inclined to confirm the interim bail granted to the petitioner on the terms and conditions on which the interim bail was granted and we, accordingly, do so.

6. CRM (DB) 2841 of 2024 is disposed of.
