On the prayer of the petitioner, due to certain technical errors in the writ petition, WPA No. 21120 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the self-same cause of action by effecting necessary corrections to the prayer portion of the writ petition and the particulars thereof, if so necessary.
