Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as fake appointment letter was issued. To that effect, information was furnished. Consequently, Halisahar Police Station Case No. 154/2023 was registered for investigation.

Subsequently, charge sheet was submitted on conclusion of investigation as also supplementary charge sheet was submitted in connection with the said case.

Having considered that charge sheet and supplementary charge sheet has already been submitted in connection with the instant case, if the

petitioner is aggrieved by the investigation, I am of the opinion that petitioner will address his grievance before the jurisdictional Court in seisin of the issue. With the aforesaid observations WPA 21294 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
