1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The earlier petition for anticipatory bail was rejected by a coordinate Bench vide order dated 27.04.2023 passed in CRM (A) 1780 of 2022.

3. This second application for anticipatory bail is filed on the ground that the principal accused has in the meantime been enlarged on anticipatory bail by this Court on 08.08.2023. Such a ground cannot be held to be a supervening circumstance when the earlier petition of the petitioner has been rejected on merit.

4. Accordingly, the application being CRM (A) 3861 of 2023 is dismissed.
