Petitioner informed (1) Director, CBI, Lodhi Road, Delhi, (2) Director General, CBI having its Office at New Town, Kolkata, (3) Special Director, Enforcement Directorate, Eastern Region, Kolkata. Copy of the same was forwarded to (1) Director General of Police, Government of West Bengal, (2) Director General of Criminal Investigation Department, (3) Commissioner of Police, Barrackpore Police Commissionerate.

Learned advocate for the State submits that so far as the State respondents are concerned, no information was furnished to them.

Having regard to the fact that, the petitioner had sent the information to the Central Authorities concerned, I am of the opinion that the same was not akin to any provision of law and as such there is no scope for this Court to interfere and or pass necessary directions.

Thus, WPA 21293 of 2025 is dismissed.
