Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is being resisted from entering his property as his egress and ingress is being blocked by the private respondents. Information was sent to the police authorities. However, no steps have been taken. Mr.

Basu Mallick, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner and some of the private respondents are cousin brothers and they have issues relating to possession.

State has already drawn up proceedings under section 126 of the BNSS.

Having considered that the issue relating to possession can only be decided by a civil court, I direct the police authorities to keep a strict vigil and ensure that there is no violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 21196 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
