1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the Matrimonial Suit being No.584 of 2022 pending before the Learned District & Session Judge, 1st Court, Uluberia, Howrah.

2. Considering the nature and relief prayed for, the service is dispensed with.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has placed the case status from the CIS of the Court.

4. It appears that the matrimonial suit is pending, since 2022 and the next date has been fixed in April, 2026.

5. Considering the prayer of the petitioner and the materials on record, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the matrimonial suit, expeditiously, preferably within 1 year from the date of this order.

6. C.O.3135 of 2024 is disposed of.

7. Applications, if any, connected thereto stands disposed consequently.

8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
