Mr. Mahananda Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the present writ petition and he files written instruction of his client to the said effect, addressed to his junior, Mr. Bhaskar Sengupta, which is taken on record. In view of such stand of the petitioner, WPA 21482 of 2022 is dismissed as not pressed, however, there shall be no order as to costs.
