Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17th August, 2023 being annexure P/6 to the writ petition. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 21126 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 4 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representatives within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the aforesaid representation and the authority concerned will consider the same strictly in accordance with law.
