1. None appears for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks for a direction to withdraw or cancel any permission, if any, granted to the private respondent for cutting down the trees which are alleged to have been situated beside the adjoining water body. The averments made in the writ petition are very vague and the annexures to the writ petition are a couple of photographs and copies of the representations. Therefore, on these vague averments, we cannot issue any positive direction as sought for by the writ petitioner and suffice to direct the second respondent to look into the representation dated 7th September, 2022 and examine as to whether any illegality has been committed. To facilitate this process, the petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the said representation along with a copy of this order and place the same before the second respondent for initiating action and the second respondent shall comply with the order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.

2. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
