1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. Considering the nature of allegation, as revealed from the complaint and the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C, which directly implicates the present petitioner of making viral private photographs of the victim with off seen language and the seizure list which contains a pen drive recovered from the place of the accused, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
