Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits she is not known to the victim and has been falsely implicated. She did not play any role in trafficking the victim for sexual exploitation. She prays for bail.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the bail prayer and submits bail prayer of the co-accused has been turned down.

Learned Counsel for the de facto complainant also opposes the bail prayer.

4. We have considered the materials on record. Case involves trafficking of minor for sexual exploitation. Vulnerable witness is yet to be examined. Role of the petitioner may be assessed in the light of deposition of the vulnerable witnesses. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
