1. The matter has been listed under the caption "To Be Mentioned" and it is pointed out by the learned advocate appearing for the appellant/Insurance Company that in the order dated 14th July, 2025 in paragraph 3 it has been wrongly noted as "25% of the awarded amount was directed to be deposited" however, it should be read as "Rs.25,000/- was deposited as statutory deposit".

2. Paragraph 5 of the said order shall be substituted as follows:- "The High Court Administration shall refund the entire amount deposited before the learned Registrar General i.e. Rs.25,000/- alongwith accrued interest without deducting any commission to the appellant."

3. Let the said corrections be deemed to stand incorporated in the order dated 14th July, 2025 for all practical purposes.

4. The other portions of the said order dated 14th July, 2025 shall stand unaltered.

5. Let this order form part of the order dated 14th July, 2025. (T.S SIVAGNANAM) CHIEF JUSTICE (CHAITALI CHATTERJEE (DAS), J.)
