Case No.512 of 2025 dated 13.06.2025 under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/117(2)/74/76/89/3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

Perused the case diary.

Considering the serious nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary, including the injury report which specifically takes the names of the petitioner Nos.3, 4 and 5 while I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner Nos.1, 2 and 6 and their movement is restricted for a limited period, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner Nos.3, 4 and 5 (Fatke Sk @ Jumarul Sk, Sentu Sk @ Abdul Khalek Sk and Rafik Sk @ Safikul Sekh) is rejected.

In the event of arrest, the petitioner Nos.1, 2 and 6 (Irfan Sk @ Tukai Sk, Rejarul Sk @ Ejarul Hossain and Matibur Sekh) shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of

Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023 and on the further conditions that the petitioner Nos.1, 2 and 6 shall meet the investigating officer once a week till submission of report in final form, shall stay outside the jurisdiction of Kaliganj Police Station for a period of six months except for meeting the investigation officer or attending of jurisdictional court and shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
