Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, the learned Advocate appearing for the State files a report of the Inspector-in-Charge Kharda Police Station dated September 26, 2024, which is taken on record.

A copy of Memo No. CMSDH/FMT/99/24 dated September 26, 2024 has been annexed with the said report. It appears from the said report that Dr. Sayan Biswas after taking into consideration various reports have given his observations in the said report.

Let a copy of such report be supplied to the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner. It appears from the report of the Officer-inCharge of Kharda Police Station, dated August

30, 2024, that after completion of investigation the concerned Investigating Officer submitted a final report, being F.R.M.E. No. 196 of 2024 dated March 11, 2024 against the FIR name accused, wherein it has been stated the the FIR named juvenile be discharged from the case due to lack of evidence against him. The report further states that in case any further clue is given to the said incident, the case may also be reopened.

In view thereof, nothing further survives to be decided in this writ petition. It will be open to the petitioner to produce any material before the investigating agency in connection with the incident which is the subject matter of this writ petition and if such material is produced, it will be open to the investigating agency to take steps in accordance with the law.

With the above observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to cost.
