Ms. Shebatee Datta ....for the Petitioners Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of disposal of FMA 1011 of 2019, the present revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly prays for dismissal of the application. Let C.O. 3497 of 2018 along with CAN 1 of 2019 and CAN 2 of 2021 be dismissed being infructuous. A copy of the order passed in FMA 1011 of 2019 is taken on record.
