1. We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioners.

2. The petitioners had filed this public interest litigation praying for a direction upon the respondent authorities, in particular the 2nd respondent to name the newly constructed a halt station in between Anchuri and Bankura Station as "Keshra Halt Station" instead of "Katjuridanga Halt Station".

3. The learned advocate for the petitioners submitted that the grievance expressed by the writ petitioners has been resolved.

4. The name of the Halt Station has been made as "Keshra Katjuridanga" in the light of the decision taken by the Railways, the grievance which was projected by the petitioner in this writ petition has been redressed.

5. Thus, by recording the stand taken by the respondent/Railway Administration, the writ petition stands disposed of.
