2. The petitioner claims that, he is married to the daughter of the respondent no.4.

3. Apparently, petitioner is aware of the location of his wife. Case records do not establish that the wife of the petitioner is in any illegal custody of any person. In fact report of the State states otherwise.

4. Writ of habeas corpus need not be entertained in such circumstances.

5. This order will not prevent the petitioner from availing the remedies before an appropriate forum.
