3. It appears to this Court that probably the revisionists have lost their interest to proceed with the instant matter.

4. In view of such, C.O.3501 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

5. Interim order/orders, if any, stands vacated.

6. Department is directed to communicate this order to the trial court positively within a week from the date of passing of this order.
