Petitioner Mr. Malay Dhar ... for the Petitioner Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy Mr. Debanshu Ghorai ... for the State Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on June 16, 2025. There is no change in circumstances of the case which warrants a favourable order for the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

The bail application is disposed of.
