1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in December, 2022. Materials on record show recovery of narcotics above commercial quantity from a vehicle. Petitioner was present in the vehicle. Date has been fixed for consideration of charge. Under such circumstances and in view of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
