Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the alleged inaction on the part of the Registrar of Societies /respondent No.

in considering his representation dated 13th June, 2022 being annexure P/8 to the writ petition making prayer for conducting investigation against the private respondent No. 3.

It appears from record that on the basis of the aforesaid representation, the respondent No. 1 has already issued a letter to the respondent No. 3 on 17th June, 2022 which according to the respondent No. 3 has not been received by him and as such he could not give any response to the same. Now the fact remains that since the copy of the writ petition has been served upon the private respondent containing the aforesaid notice of the respondent No.

1 dated 17th June, 2022, this writ petition being WPA 21500 of 2022 is disposed of by extending the time to file reply to the aforesaid notice dated 17th June, 2022 by the private respondent for period of two weeks from date and the respondent No. 1 upon receiving the response from the respondent No. 3 if it is filed within the time stipulated herein shall fix the date of hearing and consider the prayer of the petitioner in the aforesaid representation and pass order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to the respondent No. 3 and whole exercise shall be completed by the respondent No. 1 within four weeks from the date of receipt of such response. In case of failure on the part of the respondent No. 3 to submit any response to the notice dated 17th June, 2022 within the time stipulated herein, the respondent No. 1 will be free to pass exparte order.

With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
