Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner stands at a better footing than the other persons, who were granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court. He submits that, the original Deed seized by the Investigating Officer.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that the petitioner does not stands on a better footing or as a same footing than the persons, who were granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court. He submits that, the petitioner forged the signature of the original owner in the Deed. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner. Investigations with regard to the involvement of the

petitioner in the transaction appears imperative. Need for custodial interrogation cannot be overlooked. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4512 of 2022 is dismissed.
