1. Heard the submission of learned advocates appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as State.

2. The petitioner is in custody for more than one year and one month. The other two co-accused persons are already granted bail and pursuant to the submission of the learned advocate representing the petitioner, they are similarly circumtanced with those two persons.

3. The Prosecution raised objection. However, considering the period of detention and charge-sheet has been submitted and the extent of complicity of the present petitioner in this case and also that the co-accused almost similarly circumstanced with the present petitioner, who is enlarged on bail, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Bolpur, Birbhum and the petitioner shall appear on every date before the jurisdictional

Court on the dates fixed for appearance and in default, the jurisdictional Court will pass appropriate order to secure the presence of the petitioner in Court.

4. Thus, the application for bail in respect of petitioner is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the application being, CRM(M) 1611 of 2025 stands disposed of as allowed.

6. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
