Perused the case diary.

Considering the serious nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the minor victim, the statements of immediate postoccurrence witnesses who saw the petitioner and other accused fleeing away and the injury report, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
