The police authorities have filed a report before this Court. It appears that on the basis of the written complaint of the petitioner dated June 25, 2022, Chakda PS Case No.434 of 2022 dated June 26, 2022 under Sections 406/420/468/471/506 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered against the respondent no.7. It also appears from the report that the police authorities have visited the residence of the petitioner on a number of occasions. The police report is taken on record.

The petitioner had not filed any written complaint until June 25, 2022.

As the case has already been registered, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
