Ct. No.17 This is a matter of compassionate appointment. The petitioner submits that his mother expired in 2003. At that point of time he was minor. According to the petitioner, in 2003 he appeared in Madhyamik Examination. He attained majority in 2015 or 2016. After seven years from 2016 no claim can be entertained for compassionate appointment as compassionate appointment is for tying over the immediate financial crisis of the family whose earning member has expired suddenly.

Therefore, this writ application is not entertained and dismissed.
