Perused the instruction given by the Divisonal Engineer (Tech), Burdwan South Division, WBSEDCL. As per the instruction, the newly constructed tower allegedly over the land of the petitioner was not done by the distribution company. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to take such steps as may be permitted in law. No order need be passed against the distribution company in respect of the said tower.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
