The argument as to whether the petitioner was the successful bidder or not has become infructuous by reason of the relevant dates.

The results of the tender was uploaded in April, 2022 and the order was given to the private respondent in October, 2022. Admittedly, the private respondent has completed the work in January, 2023.

Hence nothing remains in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of along with all connected applications.
