Supriyo Chattopadhyay be regularized on behalf of WBSEDCL. The petitioner seeks review of the order dated July 30, 2025 passed by this Court in the present writ petition. By the said order, this Court declined to entertain the writ petition on the ground that the issue of whether the building was unauthorised had not yet been determined by the Panchayat.

Consequently, this Court refused the prayer for disconnection of electricity at the instance of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing in support of the review application has placed reliance upon a report filed before the National Green Tribunal in connection with O.A.

Office, and the Additional District Magistrate (LR & LA & DL & LRO), Howrah. However, nothing has been produced before this Court to demonstrate that the said report has been accepted or that any final adjudication has been rendered by the National Green Tribunal declaring the building in question to be unauthorised.

In such circumstances, the order dated July 30, 2025 does not warrant review on the basis of the aforesaid report.

Accordingly, RVW 281 of 2025 along with CAN 1 of 2025 stands dismissed.
