Wasim Akram ...for the petitioner Mr. Saryati Dutta Ms. Puja Goswami ..for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that all money that was handed over by the depositors' clients were deposited before the Financial Institution. It is true that some money could not be collected and the same, accordingly, could not be deposited.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He relies on statements of witnesses who claimed that they had handed over sums to the present petitioner and another for depositing in their loan accounts. But, the same was not done.

Considering the nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
