1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. Bishnupur Police Station has filed a report dated 20th September, 2022 in the form of instructions addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta. The same is kept with the record.

3. The police have taken out proceedings on two occasions under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The police have admittedly found that the private respondents are dangerous and desperate in nature.

4. In that view of the matter, this Court directs that in the event, the petitioners lodge any further complaint against the private respondents, Bishnupur Police Station shall register an FIR and take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

5. Bishnupur Police shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
