Sandip Singh v. State Of West Bengal & ORS
18.07.2023 Sl. No.02.
Mithun Ct.No.42. WPA 20700 of 2014 Sandip Singh Vs.
State of West Bengal & Ors.
Mr. Dipankar Das ...for N.H.A.I.
The petitioner has filed the instant writ application alleging non-payment of compensation for acquisition of land vide LA Case No.84(NH2/2011-2012) and LA Case No.52 (NH2/2012-2013).
The learned Advocate for the petitioner takes no step. He is absent on call.
It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the National Highways Authority that the petitioner had already received compensation in the year 2014. In view of such circumstances, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the instant writ petition. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
